We’re excited to launch something a little different…

This event will run bi-weekly and, unlike our usual events, it will not be ratio-controlled. No structured formats, no pressure, just a relaxed, welcoming space to meet new people.

The Menu

Teriyaki Glazed Beef Stir-Fry

Tender strips of beef quickly wok-seared and coated in a glossy teriyaki sauce with garlic, ginger and soy, finished with sesame seeds and spring onions.

Sweet Chilli & Soy Chicken Stir-Fry

Juicy chicken strips tossed with crisp peppers, carrots and onions in a sweet chilli, soy and ginger sauce.

Vegetable Egg Fried Rice

Fragrant jasmine rice stir-fried with egg, mixed vegetables, soy sauce and spring onion.

Garlic Sesame Noodles

Soft noodles tossed in a savoury garlic, soy and sesame oil dressing with fresh herbs.

Asian Crunch Slaw

Shredded cabbage, carrots and cucumber dressed in a light ginger-soy vinaigrette with toasted sesame seeds.

Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls

Golden fried spring rolls filled with cabbage, carrots and glass noodles, served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.

Coconut Mango Sticky Rice

Sweet coconut-infused sticky rice served with fresh mango slices and toasted coconut.

Event Flow:

Arrival & Welcome (15–20 mins)
Guests will receive a welcome drink and are guided into small cooking groups.

Interactive Cooking Experience (60–75 mins)
Rotate through cooking stations and prepare elements of the menu alongside the Food Jams chef team, fun, hands-on, and naturally social.

The Social Table (30–40 mins)
Dishes are served family-style for shared dining and conversation.

Dessert (20–30 mins)
Wrap up the evening with something sweet and even sweeter connections.
