  • We only accept profiles that we feel we can help based on our database of singles at that current time. If you don’t hear from us within 5 working days, please consider application unsuccessful at this time.
  • If we present you with profiles that match your profile based on information we have gathered, and you repeatedly decline our propositions for you, unfortunately your membership will not be refundable as the work has been done on our end.
  • If we are unable to present you with a minimum of 2 proposed profiles in the 6 months, you qualify for 50% refund of your membership.
